Sunkissed Breakfast


Ingredients:

  • half a banana
  • 25 grams of Oats
  • 20 grams of protein hemp powder
  • half a apricot
  • 8 grams of cacoa nibs
  • 150 grams of soy yogurt
  • 15 grams of linseed
  • a few rose petals
  •  15 grams of rasperry
  •  10 grams of  Goji
  • 10 grams of blackberries
  •  hand full of  blueberries
  • selfmade chia-date ball 

Proteine

Die meisten Menschen verbinden mit Proteinen große Kanister mit Pulver drinnen und breitgebaute Männer, die schwere Gewichte stemmen, doch Proteine sind nicht nur da, um Muskeln aufzubauen. Auch zur Gewichtsabnahme sind sie von wichtiger Bedeutung. Sie halten und lange satt, liefern wichtige Energie und vor allem im Form von Bohnen können sie unsere Gesundheit sehr positiv beeinflussen.

ADHS and FOOD

Food can have a major impact on our well-being. This is something I've personally experienced and would like to pass on to others. During my ADHS diagnosis, I began looking into which foods could boost serotonin levels or serotonin production. I primarily came across dates and dark chocolate, which quickly became my absolute favorite snack.


Trust the process...

Your body tells you what it wants to eat. Sometimes these are absurd mixtures, but listen to your body because that's exactly what will satisfy your cravings.
